Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PromptNest ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

License

PromptNest is licensed, not sold. Upon purchase, JustOneDev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download and install the Application on devices you own or control
  • Use the Application for personal or commercial purposes
  • Receive free updates to the Application as they become available

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
  • Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the Application
  • Use the Application to develop competing products
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create using PromptNest, including prompts, projects, and any other data. Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for:

  • Backing up your data
  • Securing your device and files
  • Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws

Payment and Refunds

PromptNest is available as a one-time purchase through the Mac App Store and Microsoft Store. All payments are processed by the respective platform. Refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the platform where you made your purchase:

Updates

We may release updates to the Application from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. All updates are provided free of charge to licensed users.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. You use the Application at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JUSTONEDEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Application shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application.

Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your license to use the Application terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Application and delete all copies from your devices.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
