Where are my prompts stored?
On your Mac, as plain .prompt.md files in folders you choose. You can open them in any text editor, back them up, or put them under version control.
Does PromptNest sync between devices?
PromptNest itself does not sync. Because your prompts are plain files, you can put your folder in iCloud Drive, Dropbox, or any sync service you already trust.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for Mac App Store purchases are processed by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We never receive your payment details, so we cannot issue refunds directly.
What macOS versions are supported?
PromptNest runs on macOS 14 (Sonoma) and later, on both Apple Silicon and Intel Macs.
Is there a Windows or Linux version?
Not at the moment. PromptNest is built as a native Mac app to stay fast and feel at home on macOS.
